Caspian was found starving and filthy on the streets of Baltimore city. He was very outgoing and thankfully easy to rescue.

Caspian has been filling out nicely and now is a happy and healthy kitty, though he could do to put on some more weight.  He is also very talkative and friendly -- a total lap kitten.

Caspian was adopted but his new owners were severely allergic :(  He is now looking for a new forever home.
