Adopt Sequoia! Sequoia is a beautiful 1-year old Calico girl and a total darling. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is looking for someone who can return her infinite love, make her feel safe, and spoil her rotten.
Sequoia was found on the streets of Park Heights, flea infested and hungry. She came right up to a local feeder asking for help and was happy to be scooped up and put into a carrier. It was lucky the two met that day and that Sequoia was scheduled for her spay surgery right away, because Sequoia had Pyometra (infection of the uterus), which is often a death sentence by the time it’s discovered. But the spay surgery saved her life and Sequoia has made a perfect recovery.
Even when she must have been scared and in pain she was nothing but sweet and trilled out friendly meows to everyone from her crate, lapped up Churu treats, and showed off her belly.
Sequoia is a loyal soul and loves following her human around and lay close to them. She doesn’t mind being picked up and loves neck, ear and belly scratches. She prefers humans, but does ok with the other rambunctious felines in her foster home. She would do well in a home with another amicable cat (after a slow introduction), or as an only cat as long as she gets a lot of human attention.
Sequoia is spayed, vaccinated, disease tested and microchipped and will come with all medical records.
